This Privacy Policy describes how APPMINDS LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SwipeWipe mobile application (“SwipeWipe” or the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
  • Application refers to any application or software program provided by the Company.
  • Company refers to AppMinds Limited, Limassol, Cyprus.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.

  • Service refers to the Application.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing the Service.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

SwipeWipe is designed as a privacy-first photo management application.

We do not:

  • Upload your photos or videos to any server
  • Store your media on cloud infrastructure
  • Sell or share your personal data
  • Collect biometric identifiers or facial recognition templates
  • Process your media outside your device

All photo scanning, review, and deletion functions operate entirely on your device using Apple iOS native photo library permissions.

3. Photo Library Access

SwipeWipe requires access to your device’s photo library solely to provide media review and deletion functionality.

When you grant permission:

  • The App can display photos and videos stored on your device.
  • You may select items to keep or delete.

Important:

  • Your photos and videos remain stored locally on your device.
  • We do not copy, transmit, or retain your media.
  • Media processing occurs locally using Apple system APIs.

You can revoke photo library access at any time through iOS Settings.

4. Deletion Responsibility

SwipeWipe allows you to delete media files from your device.

You acknowledge that:

  • All deletion actions are initiated and confirmed by you.
  • Deleted media may be moved to the iOS “Recently Deleted” folder depending on Apple system behavior.
  • Permanent deletion depends on Apple’s operating system policies.
  • We are not responsible for accidental deletion of photos or videos.

We strongly recommend maintaining personal backups of your data before deleting content.

5. Data Security

Because your photos remain on your device:

  • The Company does not store or transmit your media files.
  • The App operates within Apple’s privacy and security framework.

If the App collects any optional diagnostic or crash data, such data will be anonymous and will not include photo content.

6. Third-Party Services

SwipeWipe does not transmit your photos or videos to third-party servers.

The App may use Apple platform services required for basic functionality.

If analytics or crash reporting tools are used, they will not access your photo library.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover such data was inadvertently obtained, we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access to information about your data
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of data
  • Withdraw consent to photo library access

Since media is stored locally on your device:

  • We do not maintain long-term storage of your photos or videos.

Any optional technical data collected for app performance is retained only as long as necessary for service operation.

Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date and providing notice inside the App when required by law.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
